Refund and Return Policy

This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Qurratulain Saqib (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our Shopify website, social media platforms, and WhatsApp sales channels. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by this Policy.

1. Scope & Applicability

1.1 This Policy applies to all products sold by Qurratulain Saqib through Shopify, including kidswear, fashionwear, formal, semi-formal, apparel, accessories, and promotional or discounted items.

1.2 This Policy applies uniformly to orders placed via the Shopify website, Facebook and Instagram Shops, Meta advertisements, WhatsApp, and direct messaging channels.

2. Acceptance of Policy

2.1 By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy in full.

2.2 This Policy forms an integral part of the sales contract under the Contract Act, 1872 (Pakistan).

3. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

3.1 Returns or refunds shall be considered only in cases where an incorrect item has been delivered.

3.2 Returns or refunds may be considered in the event of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to inspection by Qurratulain Saqib.

3.3 Returns or refunds may be considered for items damaged during transit, provided the damage is reported within the prescribed timeframe.

No other reasons shall qualify for return or refund.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

4.1 Change of mind or personal preference does not qualify for return or refund.

4.2 Size-related issues are not eligible for return or refund; customers are responsible for reviewing size charts prior to ordering.

4.3 Minor color variations caused by lighting conditions or screen displays are not considered defects.

4.4 Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found defective upon delivery.

4.5 Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

4.6 Items returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice shall be rejected.

4.7 Sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.

4.8 Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or return.

5. Claim Timeframe

5.1 All refund or return claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5.2 Claims submitted after this period shall be automatically rejected without exception.

6. Proof & Verification

6.1 Customers must provide the order number, clear photos and/or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, along with a brief explanation of the issue.

6.2 Incomplete or unclear submissions shall result in claim rejection.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

7.1 Cash refunds are not offered for Cash on Delivery orders.

7.2 Approved COD claims shall be resolved through store credit or product exchange of equal value, at the discretion of Qurratulain Saqib.

7.3 Store credit is non-transferable, non-cashable, and must be used within 30 calendar days.

8. Prepaid Orders

8.1 For prepaid orders, approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Qurratulain Saqib.

8.2 Refund processing time is approximately 7–14 working days from approval.

8.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Return Shipping

9.1 Where a return is approved, the customer shall bear return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to Qurratulain Saqib.

9.2 Returned items must be dispatched within three (3) days of approval.

9.3 Failure to return the item within the stipulated timeframe shall result in cancellation of the claim.

10. Exchanges

10.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable price differences.

10.2 Qurratulain Saqib reserves the right to deny exchanges where policy conditions are not met.

11. Order Cancellation

11.1 Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

11.2 Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.

11.3 Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in account restriction or permanent blacklisting.

12. Discounted & Promotional Sales

12.1 Discounts are governed by Qurratulain Saqib’s internal Discount Policy.

12.2 Discounted and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

13. Abuse, Fraud & Chargeback Prevention

13.1 Qurratulain Saqib reserves the right to refuse claims from customers involved in repeated misuse, false claims, or policy abuse.

13.2 Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Qurratulain Saqib may result in immediate account suspension and rejection of future orders.

14. Shipping Policy Alignment

14.1 Delivery timelines, courier responsibility, and risk transfer are governed by Qurratulain Saqib’s Shipping Policy.

14.2 Courier delays, force majeure events, or incorrect customer information do not automatically qualify for refunds.

15. Final Authority

15.1 Qurratulain Saqib retains final authority on all decisions relating to refunds, returns, and exchanges.

15.2 Decisions made in accordance with this Policy are final and binding.

16. Policy Updates

16.1 Qurratulain Saqib reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.

16.2 The version applicable at the time of order placement shall govern the transaction.
